Miss Kelly has been teaching for 3 years. She was born and raised

in Greenfield, Wisconsin, in the suburbs of Milwaukee. She graduated in 2018 from Concordia Wisconsin with a dual major in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. Her desire to help all students receive a strong foundational education as well as growing their love for the Lord brought her to teaching. Prior to teaching at Trinity, she worked a few months as a paraprofessional working 1 on 1 with many special education students and 2 years as a 1st / 2nd grade teacher at a school in Milwaukee. Her goal is to help her students grow socially, emotionally, spiritually, and academically. In her free time, Miss Kelly enjoys in theater, walking in local parks, singing, listening to music, and doing various crafty activities.

Miss Danielle Critchley - Grades 1 and 2

Miss Critchley graduated from Concordia St. Paul 2021 with a BA in Christian Ministry .  She has served as a Director Christian Education in Fairbury Nebraska, and St. Paul public school system working with special needs students in early childhood and primary classrooms.

I value hard work, loyalty, family and friendship ties, and assisting the Holy Spirit in creating and building faith. I like to work ahead as much as possible so I have time to relax and go back to look at what I’ve done and fix it in peace, rather than doing everything at the last minute and doing a poor job.

Mrs. Sherri Fuchs - Grades 3 and 4

Mrs. Fuchs has been teaching for 20+ years and has taught many different grades.  She was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She graduated  in 1991 from Valparaiso University, 1997 from Concordia university and then received her Early Childhood education from the University of Indiana.  Wanting to help children have a relationship with God through learning and growth she chose to become a teacher at our school.  Along with teaching she loves reading, scrap booking, and spending time with her family. She also loves dogs. She has 2 white German Shepherd mixes and also foster dogs.

Mrs Dillman - Grades 5 and 6

Mrs. Dillman was born and raised in Oshkosh and got her bachelors in education from UWO. We have been blessed to have her as a teacher at Trinity for 30+ years. She has taught grades from Kindergarten through sixth and is currently teaching our 5th and 6th grade class. She is never one to shy away from a challenge and graciously accepts whatever is thrown her way. She has a true passion for teaching and a love for Jesus that her students and all around her can truly see. When she isn't teaching she enjoys biking, crocheting and spending time with her kids and grand-kids.

Mr. Reinl - Principal Grades 7 and 8 

Mr. Reinl grew up on a farm in the Chilton area on the east side of Lake Winnebago. As the youngest of nine children, he learned the importance of family and faith from his loving Christian parents. He earned his teaching degree from UW-Oshkosh in 1988 and taught in the Oshkosh Catholic System for four years. After a short hiatus from teaching, he joined Trinity Lutheran School as principal/teacher in 1998. He earned his LCMS colloquy certification from Concordia, Wisconsin in 2001. He teaches middle school students and serves as the contemporary service music leader for Trinity Lutheran Church. “I became a Lutheran teacher to share the love and saving the grace of Jesus Christ. I also am very passionate about teaching my students to have compassion for their fellow man and that God expects them to be servants in the community.” Outside of school Mr. Reinl loves performing music, fishing and participates in multiple athletic leagues.

Miss Honore Dowell - Teachers Aid

Miss Dowell Graduated from UW Milwaukee in 1973 with a bachelor’s degree in early Elementary Education. She has been teaching for the past 3 ½ years from Pre-K to 2nd Grade and recently joined our family here at Trinity Lutheran in 2019. She loves the traditional family values that being a Lutheran teacher brings, being able to work with smaller class sizes gives more availability for individual and personal teaching.  Outside of teaching Miss Dowell loves quilting, reading, attending art and craft fairs and taking care of her 3 granddaughters.
